1. Acceptance

By using KYX services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Services

KYX by Xearth provides identity verification and compliance services, including:

• Document extraction and verification
• Face verification and liveness detection
• Fraud and compliance checks
• Object verification and tamper/AI-image detection

3. Accounts and Usage

• You must provide accurate account information and protect credentials.
• You may not use the services for unlawful purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer or abuse the platform.

4. Billing

Services may be billed via subscription or usage-based pricing. Fees and taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

5. Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cote d'Ivoire, and disputes are subject to its courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
